Using creative techniques, explore ways to boost your strengths and improve self-esteem.
Use the 5 points of Wellbeing to plan your time and activities to build self-confidence and resilience.
11.30am Break & refreshments
12.00am Relaxation – Jin Shin Jyutsu
A simple, practical self-help taster session to introduce an ancient form of acupressure.
This is a non contact, self-help practice… where you learn the technique on yourself.
