Thinking about making a healthy change this new year? Come along and chat with one of your local Health Trainers about a range of healthy lifestyle topics, including healthy eating and being more active. We offer confidential and non-judgemental support to assess your current health behaviours and make positive & lasting changes. You can also book a free 45 minute health check.

Need help to find out more information about a health condition or want to improve your fitness or monitor your calorie intake? We can show you how to track your progress online. Ring 01273 292924 to book a session. If you have a mobile phone, please bring it to the session with you. We can also show you how to use the Internet for a whole range of different activities, like shopping or booking holidays.
